I do this alongside my main leadership role, which is why I deliberately take on only a small number of selected engagements. Quality and impact come before anything else.

I work with leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations that take on responsibility and want to make leadership effective. My focus at the moment is on executive sparring, leadership advisory and mentoring - combining hands-on experience with strategic clarity.

I also see myself as a platform: if someone else is a better fit for what you need, I am glad to make the introduction. What I aim for is impact, not volume.
