Digitalisation is not a technical problem – it is a human challenge
Before I became a production manager, I was a DJ.
Dr. Peter von Wartenberg did not merely get to know modern leadership approaches - he applied them himself for many years, with real decisions and real responsibility. He guides executives and organisations towards leadership that works: lead yourself first, then your team, then your business.

The path
Not a kit of three separate offers, but one path: first you learn to lead yourself. Leading your team builds on that. And leading your business builds on both.
The three levels form a cycle: from step 03 the path leads back to step 01.

BRAND STORY
Four layers, one idea: leadership grows outward from a single person. Click each layer of the mark - or a card on the right - to see what it stands for.
THE CENTER · YOU
Every arc rises from the same point. Before there is a team or a business, there is one person willing to go first. The dot is you - grounded on the baseline, at the centre of everything the mark shelters.
FIRST ARC
The arc closest to the person, and the brightest. Self-leadership comes first: your values, your energy, your discipline. You can't give clarity you don't have - every wider circle inherits its shape from this one.
SECOND ARC
One step wider: the people entrusted to you. Held over the dot like a roof, this arc makes the 'serve & protect' promise visible - your team grows under the shelter you build, not in your shadow.
THIRD ARC
The widest reach and the strongest line. Leading a business means setting direction, culture and systems that outlast any single decision - a horizon the inner circles can rise toward.

It’s all about habits – and how you shape them so that they make you better, step by step. No grand gestures, no radical overnight changes, but small, consistent improvements that build up over time.
Over five years ago, I described on LinkedIn a method that I had already been practising for years at that time – and which I still practise today: in my annual appraisal interviews, I assess not only a person’s performance, but also, equally, the trust I have in him or her. And Simon Sinek has summed it up perfectly!
About Peter
Dr. Peter von Wartenberg works with executives and organisations - through keynotes, leadership development, executive sparring, and team and culture development. His perspective comes from almost three decades at Bosch: from first assignments in logistics to executive and general management functions, with international postings including Brazil and the USA.
The sentence at the top of this page is older than all of that. Peter came across “Serve and Protect” while serving with the German armed forces, among other roles as a military police officer, in Washington D.C. “Learn to” he added himself - why, he tells on his own page.
